Participants/Members – If you are trying to make a payment and your payment due date is during the system maintenance window you can either mail your payment in at the address listed on your invoice or you can send an email to participant.services@itedium.com with your Account Number and request to have an representative call you back on Monday to enable your payment portal in the system.
